Welcome to Raising Branches

Thanks for stopping by my new blog. I’m so excited to share it with you. Here is my reasons for starting this blog.

I started this blog because of my passions for providing my family with real food and a natural lifestyle. My passion developed when I was pregnant with my second child and was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease. I found myself in pain and fear and at the mercy of the health system, with multiple prescriptions being thrown at me I knew there had to be another way. I began my quest with the knowledge that our bodies are designed to heal themselves. So why was mine attacking itself? I started researching people that were assisting there bodies with healing and found that they used things provided by the land, plants and animals. It all started to make sense; God provided us with everything we already needed, but as a society we have sacrificed our health in an effort to make food better, cheaper and quicker. After changing my diet to real food, and removing inflammatory ones , my autoimmune disease is in full remission and my faith in God and his perfect design is stronger than ever.

Back to my initial thought, I started this blog because I feel as though I have this secret code to great health that I want to share with the world one blog at a time.

Over the next few months I plan to be writing and sharing more posts with you.

That’s it for now! If you’d like to be kept updated with my posts “Like” this post or subscribe to my blog.
